We prepare wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, authorizations for remains and other estate planning documents. We typically charge a flat fee for these services.
If you are the personal representative or executor of a Will, we will help you through the probate process by preparing all court documents, contacting creditors and settling claims. If you are "hands-on", we will advise you on the things you can do to make the probate process less expensive.
Business Entities:
If you are establishing a business, changing the form of an existing business, involved in a business dispute, or are in need of legal advice pertaining to any aspect of setting up, operating or dissolving a business, we can help. We also help our business clients avoid trouble by maintaining corporate formalities, preparing annual minutes and preparing and reviewing contracts.
Document Review:
We will review any legal documents you plan to sign and advise you as to changes we believe are necessary to protect you or provide you with other alternatives which may be of benefit. Obtaining a legal opinion before you sign will most likely save you money in the long term.
